Class - L.B.T Conditioning (Legs, Bums & Tums). So, what is L.B.T? A persons' legs, bum, and tum areas are often considered the worst parts of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. My Legs, Bums and Tums' class is a fun filled way to help tone those wobbly bits. These classes are particularly good to improve overall body shape.

Class - Total Body Workout (AKA - TBW). So, what is TBW? This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.  Location - Beansheaf Centre, Calcot, Reading, RG31 7AW 

Class - Bootcamp. So, what is Bootcamp?  This class is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.

Class - HIIT Body Blitz. So, what is HIIT Body Blitz? This class is designed to give an all over full body toning and aerobic experience mixed in an interval training fashion. The class is set to cater for all fitness levels, easier and harder alternatives will be given to every exercise whilst attaining the added motivation that group exercise creates.

Class - Running Jems. So, what is Running Jems?  This club is for those who love running, those who want to start running or if your simply looking to get up and active. We cater for different levels. This club makes running fun and motivates people to push through their goals and set new ones.
